Swieqi's 4th Local Council seeks to conscientiously honour its commitments
to all residents and to the government by fostering values of integrity,
diligence and harmony so that it may equitably represent the community,
maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of services rendered in the locality
and harness opportunities that promote social development.
